@mengiss no problem haha, Mandrel bending is when the pipe has solid corner shapes or "dies" inserted where the pipe is to be bent during the manufacturing process and is removed after. This stops a narrowing of the exhaust as the inside of the bend collapses slightly; therefore you don't get a ton of backpressure and its all free-flowing. the regular way of bending is known as press bending. I have heard that one press bend is equal to roughly 6m or ft (i dont quite remember) of straight pipe!

Ok, i see. Anyway, this exhaust system is built up by several parts. I built it by starting at the turbo and just making my way backwards. Straight pipes, 30,45 and 60 degree bends and ofcourse a flexibile pipe right after the downpipe from the turbo. The whole system is divided in three parts connected by exhaust clamps, each part consisting of several welded joints.
