All the haters of this good and decent kid have always made me sick and continue to. It took a lot of courage to do what he did at the time, and whether or not he still smokes pot, I don't think he was a fuck up when he was smoking. He just refused to live his life as a hypocrite, as just about the rest of the world does on a daily basis. Ricky Williams is a GREAT story. Alcohol. Now there is a substance that turns people into fuck ups. Yet, they sponsor the Super Bowl with Bud Light.

i seen this on espn an amazing story i agree with him sayin when is it ok for him to retire and he said if he breaks his legs and cant run anymore or win a super bowl and if it didnt seem like he left to smoke then maybe the dolphins wouldnt have order him to pay back the money he was a great football player and still is but more of an amazing person and in life its hard to find you're self and our true calling in this world and god bless him he did

going into watching this movie I disliked Ricky...a lot. After watching it I consder him one of my top 5 favorite atheletes of all time. I love his thought process, his views, his philosophy. I can identify with a lot of what he said.

Yeah.. what is this "what could have been" shit? He rushed for 1,121 yards on 241 carries, with 11 touch downs (3rd in AFC for HB's) with a 4.7 average.....2nd highest of his career. Now, keep in mind that he didn't even get the majority of the carries until late November, and wasn't even the starter until then. I'd say he did better than everyone in the NFL except for Chris Johnson this season... particularly because he was a back-up for most of the season. He's the man.

i dont know if he lost the edge to play or just didnt want to give his best in the nfl. he was a decent back but i kist dont know how he can get back what evre he had.
