I guess...I'm still no a fan of that style, wish I was. I'm getting more into flemish sours though. Any suggestions?? (Besides not annoying Steltz) LOL

Cuvee des Jacobins and Rodenbach Grand Cru are the best widely available ones. The Bruery's Oude Tart is also a good one.

I don't know why footage of mushrooms amaze me so, but I thoroughly enjoyed this video. They are actually stunning creations of nature and loved seeing them up close. Once again, your narration was great and I feel that I have learned a little something today. Aloha!

Excellent work Alan! I love the blue mushrooms and later on the blue mushroom pizza. The 2000 ft underground waterfall is mind blowing. There were many other highlights too.
