I wish I had inside sources but I don't. However, all of the reporters who covered the flyers who have sources kept, and still keep, stating that there is a possibility that Vinny would be on the top line. Vinny is a center, should center the second line. Plus, taking Hartnell off the first line would make him much less valuable.

I think we should trade read and cobourn. Cobourn commands too much salary and read is a trade commodity due to his cheap cost and production. With those two in a package deal we may be able to land a star defenseman, and a draft pick could be included. I would prefer if the defenseman was young though.

He won't be on the top line unless he magically becomes a winger and thats where i think captainjack is off also. People gotta remember that Claude and Vinny are both centers, so the likelihood of them playing on the same line is very low. I still think this is a good move. The defensive woes do scare.

I think Holmgren is getting nervous about his job. Don't be suprised if some trades come and maybe Read, Coburn, and Couterier are all gone. Could the flyers get both Ryan and maybe Yandle or a D-man like that? IDK, but if any team can its the Flyers.

Good move, I guess. The negative trickle down effect is that there is an overload with natural centers and the flyers must now move another player, if it's Coburn I won't mind. I hope Vinny stays healthy and has enough gas to play up-tempo.

Coburn...screw him. I used to like him, but this year I realized he doesnt do much. I dont want to see read and couturier go though. But I guess I could let 1 of them go for a fairly young and good Dman.

Holmgren smacked the other 29 GM's in the mouth with this signing lol. Yeah he's 33 but I think he can bring a good tandem with fellow French Canadian Giroux and probably Harts on the top line.
