OMG EVERYBODY. I TRIED THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND MY TEETH LOOKED OHHHH SOOOOO WHITE. JUST DONT DO IT DAILY. MAYBE TWICE A WK IS GOOD. TRY IT YOU LL LIKE IT. 

have you heard of oil pulling its when you use coconut oil as mouth wash I've been doing this and it works look into it. oil pulling I just boil some water after scraping some out of the jar and mix it together wait to cool down then use it.

1. Whitening toothpaste is crap, contains really small particles that just damages your teeth whilst "whitening" them. 2. Listerine is crap, pick up the stuff that actually has fluorine in it. 3. Chewing gum makes you look like a douchebag or a teenager. Just use a toothbrush, use it often, it dsnt matter if its old. Just brush your teeth often and thoroughly. Floss often and use mouthwash which contains fluorine. Ain't harder than that.

I went to the dentist last week after 2 years, and not one decay! My secrets: I brush my teeth first thing in the morning to eliminate the bacteria that has grown in my mouth overnight. I never go to bed without brushing and flossing -and brushing my tongue, which is as important as brushing. Some raw fruits are very acidic and should be mixed with cream not to attack your teeth too much. Do NOT use toothpaste with fluoride as we found out it's really bad for you, and try to use natural toothpaste, not the crappy ones which brand you know too well! Same way, I'm against mouthwash as most of them are really bad! Wait an hour after eating for brushing or you'll be rubbing the acids of the food on your teeth and gum and affect them. And most importantly, do not brush side ways, you want to brush from the gum to the extremity of the tooth.
