I would just like to say that he was an amazing man. His acting skills were fantastic on the show. Who would've thought he was gay? lol. But on the real note though, 2014, and we have already lost a good soul. R.I.P man.

James Avery played one of the greatest TV dads ever, he was like my 2nd father growing up in the 90's. R.I.P Uncle Phil, you will be missed dearly.
