Hi hospitalrulez, I posted a comment on the video site, and also directly to you. Procedures in each office vary, removing braces is a comfortable process, some pressure, but very easy. If you want to see some comments from others who have just had their braces removed, go to another video "Braces off - removing Sean's braces." You can see how excited they are, especially XOAnnie87XO and that this was a great experience for her. Good luck and remember to use your new smile often. Dr. Bergh

Although it varies from office to office, the removal of braces is a very comfortable process. If you want to see other comments from people who have just had their braces removed in other offices, go to "Braces off - removing Sean's braces." You should be fine, and as XOAnnie87XO commented on Sean's video, she is ecstatic to have her braces off. Good luck and remember to use your new smile often!! Dr. Bergh

@ma5asskoun Lingual braces is the generic term for all braces placed on the inside of the teeth. Incognito (formerly iBraces) are a specific branded product, and are probably the most commercially successful lingual braces available today.

@hallpriest9 Because they go on the back of the teeth which is a concave surface, rather than the front of the teeth, which is a convex survace.

Typically not. The rates of Medicaid reimbursement are very low in most states, so options are typically limited.

Is there any reason lingual braces use brackets that are so different in appearance from 'standard' braces?
