To overcome the background noise I plugged my ear buds into the computer and I could hear reasonably well. Our 5th wheel is brand new and I will take his advice and keep the drains open while we are camping.

Mike,You will need to allow water to build up with waste in the black tank in order to prevent solids from hardening.

Hello Donald, what can be done about a black tank that is plugged up. dump valve was left in the half way open for a while. so it would drain liquid but left the solid. thanks

With the chemical you put down the toilet, there is also some that come with a lubricant that keeps the new seals you just installed from wearing out. Co-Co's is one brand that comes to mind. Thetford also makes some. I believe it contains coconut oil. Happy Trails.
