I agree with ralph. Me and him have been friends for 21 years now. Ive never been a meat eater or veggie eater. When i was a kid all i ate were french fries nothing else. I am 35 now and over the years i have branched out to other foods but mostly starch. Fast food is your enemy. I know decided to eat clean healthy after watching ralphs transformation. Its hard being a picky eater and scared to eat other foods. I got to a point in my life where I was fed up with how I was and if I didnt do anything about it nothing would change. Thanks to ralph and a few of your videos and my own motivation I was inspired to branch out more and try all different kinds of food. Yes I have tried meat and I do love chicken. However l feel fruits and veggies and starch is the way to go. Hopefully I'll post videos soon on my transformation.

i done so many types of diets from atkins and keto and i just couldnt hold on to them . But im doing this now and i love patatos veg. which i must confess i have kept away from. I think ill give it a try and hope for the best. thanks for the info Will and i see it did wonder as to your weight loss. Great Job

Not that I can tell, I try to keep it about the same calories (~800-900) as the oatmeal and I also cut out the morning Dandy Blend (almond milk and coconut sugar) which originally replaced my coffee routine. Interesting note is that bananas are only 3% fat and rolled oats are 18% fat. At some point I'd like to check my triglycerides again.

+Vegan What Now I'm often doing smoothies for breakfast in place of oatmeal. It's going well I really enjoy them.

Good luck man. I'm 1.5 years in and still going strong, lost more fat since this video. I think it's because I love all these comfort foods that I eat and by breaking the habit of eating the crappy food my taste buds have adapted to the new foods as well. My brother just started doing this as well so I'm stoked, he's loving it so far!
