+tanya cottle usually as long as they are willing to fully engage and follow instructions. Sometimes they need some deeper work to get at the heart of the matter but many times this process when applied properly to the point to the point of most leverage works really well.

+Paul Ladendorf If you know how to accurately muscle test, it can help a lot to bring back those moments. Donna Eden teaches how very effectively (no one else comes close and she has it on YouTube) and you can ask yourself was there ever a goal I set my cap for and said "I want that" and then achieved it? If you test strong (yes) ask was it within the past 5 years? 10 years? etc., and then narrow it down from there to how long ago and then who else was involved or where else it may have been, etc. It helped me. I'm an Energy healer and glad to know this technique because we all need clarity at time with how busy we get or how much is on our plate. I hope this helps.

Stuart, what about words like, "understand, get it"? Are they consider "digital representation since they are to do with "making sense" of a thought/event? Or.. maybe "get it" is more kinesthetic after reaches out to "get it". Any thoughts?

so im thinking a visual person would be better at reading facial expressions a audio with tones and pitchs in voices and kinaesthetic with body language? not sure with the digital one

What about terms for audio digital? These are scientific digital terms.
