+Freida Northern Well, as you can see, in the video I chained 15 to begin the shoe, but you can add a couple more stitches if you want them a bit roomier at the toe.

these baby booties are so adorable!! I've already made 2 pairs :). the instructions were very simple to follow anddddd (the best part) I learned how to successfully complete the 2dctog and 2hdctog. I've watched other videos and looked at other patterns but could never do it. but, now I can thanks to you and your fabulous tutorial!! thank you so much! you are awesome and totally made my day!

I have tried this tutorial bootie 9 times and I just cant get it! I keep ending up with extra stiches and nothing like what you have in the picture. Its driving me crazy! other wise you are very good at explaining! thank you.

Hi +Esther Matthews, it may be that you are working into the wrong stitches at the beginning of each round. Check at the end of each round that you have the right number of stitches. Round 1: 22 stitches, Round 2: 34 stitches, Round 3: 34 stitches, Round 4:26 stitches, Round 5: 22 stitches, Round 6: 20 stitches. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching x

I need to know also! My yarn comes on a skein of 364 yards. Have never tried making something with the yarn doubled up and need to know the necessary length ahead of time please.... Anyway thank you! Great tutorial!

+Minty Chip they don't take long at all. you have to remember that she's explaining as she goes. I was able to make three pairs in less than an hour, and took a break before starting/completing the last pair.
