Thomas, Not sure which class you are in but I do have a direct e-mail ([email protected]) and I am the science coordinator (Dept. Head) here at PJC and sorry for any trouble you are having but this is the system many of our online courses use and we have never had an issue. Which class are you in? If you have been having problems with it early contact is vital since we are several weeks into the fall semester now.

Looking at the HTML and JAVA scrip on the MH site it's easy to see what is happening. The site looks at your user agent, if your user agent a line of code (if "linux" then "unsupportedOS" = true) After that at several places in the site it looks at this flag and then jumps to never never land. If you set your user agent to some form of windows everything works just as it does on a windows system.

It's easy to simulate, just change your user agent to report your windows system as being a linux system and try to log in. It used to also fail when trying to reach customer service but this was fixed shortly after I notified them of these issues. Now you can contact customer support so they can tell you they refuse to support linux systems.

I have been trying to register for the free trial and it won't even show up as an option. I'm sure this is user friendly but I don't want to see the tutorials on how to register a 100 times lol I just want to register for the free trial and I can't! Help!

WTF... i entered my access code but i never got into the class???? How do i add my course?? theres no button that says "add course." all i get is a page that says "There are no courses since you aren't currently registered to a section."

I use Linux, I can't log in. if all your students can't access the site you CANNOT USE THIS SOFTWARE!!!! It will be a cold day in He!! before I ever use MH software ever again!!

The free trial is only available at the very start of a Connect course and last 3 weeks so after a short time the free trial option goes away.
