just FUCK you adobe. what a mess. this creative cloud SHIT ruined your products. where the hell is that old manager!? i followed the steps to uninstall the master collection cs6 and it uninstalled only the 64 bit versions, exactly what i dont wanted to happen. and now, i want to install creative cloud to use that shitty manager and it says there is a fucking problem. SHIT i go back to paper and pen.

+Mourad Mouelhi no nothing worked anymore. i used some cleaner shit but it ruined even more. i deleted everything on my pc and installed the master collection and i will never update again. the best solution.

Kind sir, I am not Adobe technical support. If my video does not help your situation I highly suggest you contact Adobe about your issue. Just cuz I found a solution to one problem doesn't mean I know all solutions.
