These people should never have been prosecuted. They were supplying a needed service. If the people at Creysler were doing their jobs well that proved that they didn't need a degree to do the job in the first place. Employers should not be allowed to require a degree when no degree is needed to do the job. That's what should be prosecuted because it unjustly puts people out of work.
