Yes there are spikes it's a training collar to teach them not to pull. These dogs are so high energy and very strong, after a while they learn to walk nice on a regular collar.

ADBA American PitBull Terriers were bred to be animal aggressive. Sure you can breed any animal to do what ever you want & there's rotors that are great around some ppl but if animals are bred for their original purpose. That's were they excel @.
