+msul78 I have stopped to help people before (before the cops got there) and really I never even thought about the dash cams when they rolled up. Too many other things are on your mind when people are in danger

+Shobin Drogan True, but then again it's a cop and they know the scene's being recorded. I'm not trying to undermine the people who came to aid, but people behave differently in different circumstances.

He didnt get ran over, he tried to grab her and fractured his arm. His
daughter is obviously not good in high stress situations. What if she had
been the only one around and he was seriously injured and she just freaked
out like that? Come one now.... get it together girl. That is what makes us
females look bad. You have to know how to act in a crisis.

Plenty of grown men have reacted similarly to crises... I've seen it myself. She might have been fine if the responsibility fell to her, too. I've been in scenarios where I was strong and did what was needed, but if there'd been nothing for me to do and the situation had been under control, I might have cried in someone's arms. She is just 16 anyway!!! No need to chastise her or bring gender into it. "Us females" don't need that.
