Do you mean that refrigerator in 1980 consuming 162 Watt ?? 1400 kwh /(360 Day * 24 Hr) = 0.162 Kw = 162 Watt

+talal9038 That would be on average. A horsepower electric motor and compressor don't run all the time, just while the thermostat is triggered. That is a lot of power just to keep food cold. Upping the insulation would save lots of energy.

Hi folks from Two-Pount-Four I enjoy your tutoria thanks for sharing your knowledge with online viewers. However I'm no math scientist/expert because I found math to be kinda very difficult but I try my best at it. I however have two queries one quite urgent if you don't mind me saying below; Well I had some sewing to do for a company in Barbados the task was to sew some velcro at intervals on cloths for tents I have finish them but now I have to come up with a pricing formula Do I HAVE TO INCLUDE THE ELECTRICITY FOR RUNNING THE SEWING MACHINE & 2. CAN I USE THIS KWH FORMULA TO CALCULATE HOW LONG I RUN THE MACHINE FOR. Anyway TAFS & Look Forward to your response ASAP. NB: This is just something I'm stating so you can make notice of; the marker you were using in the video look as though it was fading away but I don't know if it was because of the brightness in the room; but thumbs up to you on your video.

+Kimberley Gamble Don't do it that way, because fuel cost changes which means your electricity cost will change. But you do need to include it, but you should estimate at best and hide it in the price. The only thing I'm saying is that if fuel cost increases you will lose out. You can use your machines out put to get a better answer.
