An easier way to do this is the simply click on the Paint.net application and right click it and click "open file location"

+XiBladezyx Well, rather than finding it on your desk top all you have to do is thisRight Click on Paint.netGo To propertyOn the very bottom there should be open file location.Click on that and find effects.Paste Plugin into Effects and it should work.I did it a bit differently because I tried to hunt for the folder but this method will save you the hunt.
