+James Hopkins Like I said lovins is an idiot. Not actually, he is a pretty smart guy, but what he means when he said hypercar is not at all what an actual hypercar is. I mean he calls the fucking i3 a hypercar.
Yes, in 1990 that Lovins guy was working on 'hypercars'. But on a commercial scale, road cars haven't really been classified as hypercars. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amory_Lovins
+James Hopkins Lovins is an idiot then. The word Hypercar was very rare 15 years ago, but its been around since the Mclaren F1. Although that was more commonly referred to as a supercar since no one really knew what a hypercar is. The veyron though is 10 years old and was always referred to as a hypercar. in 2010 the word was already extremely popular.
+James Hopkins Koenigsegg is way more of a hypercar than the P1 or 918. Its a bit older so its slower but that doesnt mean its not a hypercar. Remember even the ccx has a higher top speed than the 918 laferarri and P1.
+TheSUPERCARDRIVER . Going to have to disagree.... A supercar is a very fast car. A hypercar is this next generation of cars, P1, One:1, 918... another league to the supercars.
Of course it is +James Hopkins ! Within reason any 210 + mph car is a Hypercar IMO
MY FIRST HYPERCAR?!
The second day of my Geneva adventure! So many different styles of cars to film here! But the main Dilemma for me was, which car would I pick for 'My First ...
Watch out with the video titles Seb, you're using some annoyingly
meaningless clickbait titles. Your content is good but however don't act
like the video is going to be about u getting ur first hypercar. Don't be
the next Movlogs
You looked perfect in the BC. Like it was made for you!
Love Pagani, but always hated how everything was polished metal inside.
Looked very nice, but a bit overdone. This blacked out polish just looks
spectacular and fixes the thing I liked least. :D Love that BC spec
+Montygue See im just the opposite, i love non coated metal in the interior. Especially when you know its some beautiful cnc machined titanium work that has hundreds of hours into it, when every thing is all leather wrapped it looks no different than any other car, just same ol shit you see in every other exotic.
+Dhe Jokur I know personality is more important, but it's also important that you are attracted to the person. And no I couldn't, most average guys couldn't either. It's fact.
+Tim FukeHow often would you drive it on electric only? Its a Hypercar, its supposed to be loud and proud, you want others to know youre driving a fast and expensive car.
An original film by the creators of /DRIVE. Full film coming in 2015. See the 30 minute preview at the Jalopnik Film Festival in November 2014! In the last decade, ...
+Farrel Limon Why add a boring tuned car to this works of art? Every car we see in this film are made from the ground up. Not just added big turbos and wheels.
I would like to argue that "Hypercars" have been around for a long time.
Alot of our extreme classics are now hypercars. The ferrari f40 and f50,
959, bmw m1, jaguar xj220, many of the ferraris and so on. So its not a new
thing. But the term "Hypercar" is something I am quite confused of. It used
to be called supercar. Where its rare and expensive. What are people saying
Hyper cars now?
Hypercars is the highest tier of the carThey are the fastest, most beautiful, and most exclusive machines on earth. Some are a combination of these qualities
Even though it's not a hypercar I'll go with the Lexus LFA or of I had to
choose from this list the One:1 just because if the beauty of both and the
fact that they are both exclusive cars to own
You're telling me you would go with an LFA over the One:1, LaFerrari, P1, 918, or Huayra?
THE TRION NEMESIS: America's First Hypercar?
I got invited last second by my friend Dean from @StickerCity to the exclusive showing of the Trion Nemesis, which is aiming at competing in the Hypercar space.
Lmao!!! I was gonna say that myself. Look so much like the Marussia F2. America, seriously, y'all need to make your OWN design instead of looking like some other cars cause it's gonna look pretty obvious. How about this way: let a woman design one. The Pontiac Solstice and the new Acura NSX is a good example.
+Mansa Musa what's funny is it's considered a production car, and the real reason they didn't get the official record is that they weren't allowed to go down the track and back
+The Waffle Gamer, not a production car, has to be registered as a Lotus, plus the Saleen still hit 240.
The 1140 hp Heart of a Hypercar - /Inside Koenigsegg
Episode 8 of 9, Inside Koenigsegg provides for the first time, a look behind the scenes at Koenigsegg and examine how innovation within the highest echelon of ...
Why such advanced and hi-end performance company as Koenigsegg show on its
video such cheap and targeted for mass customers monitors made by Samsung?
Technicians from Koenigsegg should work on premium equipment e.g. Panasonic
(as Porsche do) Toughbook or better.
+Carlos Barrisson Nah, that's just common sense. Get the equipment you need. Also, Koenigsegg isn't a huge corporation with billions in the bank like Porsche is.
+Carlos Barrisson What does it matter? A display is a display, and Konigsegg is not in the business of image/video editing which requires calibrated monitors with accurate color reproduction. They design pieces of metal and carbon fiber, you don't need a super-expensive monitor for that kind of work.
Was anyone watching that dyno at 1:04? 3500rpm, 470 horsepower and 1000
Newton Meters of torque. 1000 fucking Newton Meters at 3500rpm! And it kept
climbing all the way to redline. The acceleration would be mad.
+TheRadPi Because it would be super expensive to produce. Would you buy a 300hp 1,3-liter 3 cylinder car for 150 000+ USD? This is the reason the latest and most extreme technologies are rarely used on mass-produced cars. The technologies and materials will trickle down to more affordable cars eventually, though. But it takes time for the production methods to mature and to be able to mass-produce them.Carbon fiber is a good example. It has been used for decades on F1 cars and other high performance vehicles, but it is still too expensive to use it in normal, affordable cars. The BMW i3 is probably the first somewhat affordable car that uses carbon fiber in its structures.
+Dick Fageroni who cares what he looks like. he's a fucking GENIUS.

Just curious, did Alex ever tried driving either the Redbull X2011 or
X2014? or the Tomahawk X? Because those concept things are impossibly fast
on track.
I know, just curious if Alex ever did in GT6. I'm only subscribed about 6 months, still looking on old vids. He did state that GT6 is hard on money, offline that is
