Naturally cheddar is white with a bit of yellowish color in it. The yellow cheddar is from an addictive from a type of plant that I can't remember right now lol.

This is actually a thing in Japan. There's an actual restaurant for it. A Japanese Youtuber named Hikakin even did a review on it once! However, since we do not have Ramenburger restaurants here in the U.S., I am grateful we now know how to make them.
