I hv tried it just now. But i donno wt mistake i hv done dt the vada broke and all the sabudanas were floating separatly.

mine too amina... i then just thought it timely, just roll them over , corn flour.... dunno tats even right... but it saved the rest from splitting....

i tried this at home but my sabudana vada soak much oil compare to what i eat in hotel hotel sabudana vada is less oily from inside and crispy outside is they r using shallow fry method to cook or what is the method to make less oily from inside .....?? plz i need suggestion on that base on u r experience how to make less oily...?

+max steel I am sorry that your sabudana vada turned out oily. Normally any sabudana vada be its home made or restaurant one, it consumes very less oil. If you have added little more baking soda, it might be the reason for making it oily...

Hi ,Thank you for trying out my recipe .Regarding your Q:The fluffy insides is a sure hit when the batter is incorporated with air ,that is make sure to beat the heck out of the batter ....as shown in the video the airy batter will form stiff peaks resulting in airy insides .Hope this helps.
