Can I use any model of GSM shield to connect to arduino? As example can I use GSM shield SIM300 instead of SIM900? Is there will be any error?

What type of GSM module did you used? And did you use IDE arduino software in setting the code ?

Hi,They are N2222A transistors with 10k 1/4w resistors for driving the base. ;-)
