Man that looks awesome. I want that in my belly right now. I knew mexico was good for something. There is a gas station/taco shop by my house that hooks me up because i think I'm the only person that ever put a dollar in their jar. They cost 1.99 here because every gas station has one in it and there is stiff competition. Everyone is morbidly obese here.

Just givin ya a hard time about being mean, no doubt she appreciated your business and support. But, you're still a big meanie, because you didn't pick one up for me! LOL I wonder who's head she whacked that griddle over? That thing is mangled, but she's still using it, so maybe it's intentionally "modified" ? :)

Did you see her bent up griddle? I can give her your info and you can make her a real Modoc griddle,lol. We always tip her and she is super cool, though we only understand half of what she says. We were not trying to be mean, just supportive of small business rather than Jack in the Crack, lol.

As you know, I've been trying to get out of California... this video is giving me convincing reason to stay! She had the kitchen all cleaned up and everything put away. It's going to be a late night for that lady, now. You big meanie. LOL Skittle's burrito is bigger than she is! LOL

That is a great price, we pay $5.50 a piece and always tip the lady. We don't really have the money to tip, but this lady is awesome. We have tried a lot of taco trucks and this carne asada is the best we have tried so far. Believe it or not, these are the regular sized burritos.

I am Yaqui brother from Arizona. I guess the Native American Yaqui tribe was Spanish/Native speaking so it could use some work, lol. I only know the basics to conduct a strip search, fingerprints, and booking info.

We have a place up here called "Muchas Gracias"...they make big ol' monster burritos like that for about $3-4!! They make carne asada to die for!! OMG, it's 7 in the morning, and now I'm hungry for a burrito!! LOL

I feel like we are the only ones who tip the Taco people too. We don't eat out a lot, so we don't tip often. This lady is really nice so we tip every time. I knew Mexico was good for something too, lol.

That sucks, I always thought most places were the same when it comes to food. I am quickly finding out, we are pretty lucky when it comes to mom and pop Mexican food.

I think that griddle was modified by the uneven heat the gas stove is providing, lol. Hey, as long as it works don't fix it. I will pick one up for you next time.
