Well done in general I'd say, but the right hand needs work. It didn't click for me until I saw Leo live the second time. I was just GLUED to his right hand. The main force of Leo's picking is generated by total control of the wrist, combined with this certain weird rotation around an axis: imagine a line going from your elbow to the large knuckle of your index finger. The latter is moreso what gives his material that unique bouncy rhythmic quality. Go watch a few Leo videos and you'll see it..

Ice Fields! (Thats my vote) I've been listening for this for last 3-4 months instead of original, since the sound is better here, and its practically same. Even the killer look is acceptable :D Altho every time, despite all, im sad... Sad cause im not gona tab this myself, and i am not gonna play this tune untill, dono, miracle happens or i get good enough to actualy tab it, or i get money for that matter :( *THIS IS PLEA FOR TAB* (obvious, isnt it?)

Just generally. Such vids has ~5k views often (even for original performances). I then wonder - how much do i miss out there? There ought to be wonderfull music everywhere, with same low popularity, but itself being exceptional... So this - if anyone commenting knows something worth (may it be any instrument), please share it :)

God, I love it! Been trying to play this sucker for years. Got the "mechanics" down but need TONE! Bigtime Leo fan myself too. Great showing your hands on this. Thanks. You did a fantastic job on this and the other Leo tunes. Joel

Whatever anyone else says mate, that was a damned nice job! You have the chops no question, and you have a way of making it your own, just the same way Leo does when he covers other people's songs. The mark of a pro! Nice bother!

I listen to your Leo renditions over and over. So awesome. I also have Kotkee transcribed. Working on being able to play the first bar. Some day, thanks for the inspiration. You are really talented.

This is among the best and most accurate of all the Leo Kottke covers on YouTube. Plus, the audio and video quality is outstanding. Look forward to more of your postings in the future.

Jader7777, you don't know what you're talking about, kid. This is note-by-note perfection. Great sound, flawless technique... second only to Kottke himself.

best rendition of a Kottke song i have seen so far. you make me feel like playing the guitar again which is the greatest compliment i can give you, cheers

Very well played. A very faithful rendition. Did your LKSM come with the Expression System, or did you have it added on after you bought the guitar?

It doesn't sound right to me. Wrong guitar or strange rendition or maybe the sound capture is not up to scratch? I dunno. It's nice though.

Great job! Nice tone and playing, especially considering this tune is a bit of an endurance test. Nice job on the video too!
