@LER77 The UN is a farce., if you studied history well enough then you would know the UN was initially convened to negotiate the separation of the Ottoman empire.., at the end of WW2 none of the borders in the ME existed. They are an invention of the UN. The Palestinian people were originally Jordanians who became by some false border a people without a government or any legal representation. They tried all diplomatic means at their disposal before retaliating against the false state of Israel!

@LER77 I have the screws loose? And you in knowing of the reality behind the red tape still want to delude yourself into believing a court will rule in the peoples favor? When you come out of the fog your in then you will realise this war in Palestine is one of a people revolting against the claim of eminent domain, and who hears them? Wheres the UN and its "declaration of human rights" in that situation? Isnt your Bill of rights sufficient? More to the point its just a watered down Magna Carta

@LER77 It just bothers me that so much injustice goes on in the world and Americans are the first to spit on the downtrodden and reap the benefits of another misfortune yet when an internal injustice happens Americans expect the world to chant and choir in support of their cause. Dont get me wrong eminent domain is a major problem but who is any American to speak of injustice when it has been injustice which has spoon fed them from birth. You Americans just cant see past your own arrogagance.

@LER77 Let me make it easy for you.., Americans via twisted logic and deranged thought processes argue the right to slaughter in Iraq. So lets say I was simple minded enough to agree with this thinking in support of the US government. Now you want me to give a fuck about a small handful of people on home soil? But Ive been influenced by American culture now and my mentality is fuck them., it doesn't effect me now does it! The same injustice you willed on Iraq is now biting you on the arse!!

@LER77 Do you honestly believe that I lack the ability to see clearly? Or maybe I just testing you on your sincerity. But rather than concede to the value of my input you would rather take leaps of blind presumptuous faith and lash out with a slanderous attack in the vain hope of degrading the value of my input. Now isnt that how your leaders conduct themselves? What makes you any different now? And you avoided my point. If the lives of millions of Iraqi's matter not then why should this?

@LER77 So if the Bill of rights is a watered down magna carta then what is the declaration of human rights but an attempt to add more water. When you realise the UN is the cause of the biggest eminent domain claim on the face of this planet then you'll learn that if a whole damn foreign country isnt safe from eminent domain then your home is merely sticks and stones in the way of the corporate game of global monopoly that regardless of informed decision or not you participated in and lost

@LER77 They tried to fell Palestine and were shot down by their own people.., they feld to Iraq and were shot down.., anywhere they turned they were shot but they had to go somewhere because the Israeli's who were being funded by the Germans and the Americans were gunning them down. That right., the germans unknowingly funded the Zionist regime.., the world leaders are all in collaboration of this together. Saddam died because he stopped playing the big game at the table!

@LER77 We all know the US has the power to veto almost anything with the support of 2 or more small countries. So regardless lets say its law., now who is going to enforce that law against the "all powerful supreme being of the US" ('scuse my sarcasm) .., well? Yo'll bigmouth so much how unbeatable the US is., so lets hypothesise your fantasies are fact for a moment. Who will make the stand for american civil rights when americans gladly piss on everyone elses?

And yeah back to the original point of Humans Rights Declaration then as I said., who will enforce it? The UN wont.., you and I both know the courts wont hear the peoples voice. The Senate wont hear the people., the game of monopoly is coming to a close and your country has gone from capitalism to fascism and is quickly approaching serfdom.

@LER77 Your point only reinforces my argument! In Australia we are neither educated on these matters and quite often you will hear a police officers claim Australia doent have a constitution so therefore we have no rights. They dont like it when some who is educated informs them the Australian constitution was last rectified and signed in 1918 and if they say it isnt so then I will presume all liberties granted me under the Magna Carta!

@LER77 The US hasn't signed the declaration yet.., the reason I know this is because your Government pressured ours to not sign it. The other country I know that hasn't signed is Israel.
