Good on you girl! I can't make fudu to save my life.. I make ugali but like the zims make sadza and my hubby finds that palatable :-) when he really wants fufu he will do it himself lol.. He is a great cook too, ohh well so am I lol.. Apart from fufu :(

We use white cornmeal where I come from (I'm Namibian) . It's called oshifima in my language, but it's also referred to as just "stiff porridge" :P

oh interesting. in Kenya we use white cornmeal as well but I can easily eat other types of fufu/flour as long as I have good stew lol.
