i bought the game because of ayane. i knew she was the only person(including ryu) that was a girl and in Dead or alive games and so i got her and raised her up to 100(lvl) and i really use her ever since(with Lianshi and Kai)

one question: will you be doing extended versions of the guest themes from Hyper, Special, and Ultimate? i'd love to hear extended versions of Rachel's, Momiji's, Kasumi's, Sterk's, and Sophitia's themes as well.

I wish they had Ayane wear these clothes on NG3 razors edge. However, the Butt.....erfly costume is not bad either.

Your both wrong actually, the reason she's in the game is because of her dual connection to Ninja Gaiden and DOA. Making her moveset was much easier, if they added Kasumi, they'd have to essentially make weapons and movesets from scratch. Both Ryu's and Ayane's movesets are copy pasted from Ninja Gaiden. The same goes for Achilles and Nemea as well. Joan is the only guest character with a completely original and unique moveset to this game.

@CruiseCapt no clue if youre joking but this isnt ayane from tenchu, its ayane from dead or alive, and plus as much as i like to see a new tenchu game, the collab characters are only from tecmo-koei games. though it would be pretty awesome to see Rikimaru vs Ryu vs Hanzo

Ah, I see...Well, the Basara anime had already been done, and I guess Capcom wanted to be the ones to re-create it into a video game(not that it hadn't already been done by Devil Kings). I agree though, the gameplay style was ripped off, but I still love the games.

Well, it's not really "Warriors Orochi 3 VS DOA". I guess they wanted to add a star from each series who was the most popular. Kinda how the entire cast from Bladestorm or Legends Of Troy didn't make it either.

"Sense of Mission" should have been used as her theme for this game. It has more of a heroic battle feel to it. They used Momiji"s and Rachel's Theme from NG 2 Sigma so why not? Made no sense.

To both of you: Ayane is in because she was in Ninja Gaiden. They put Ninja Gaiden characters in this. Not DOA characters. Note that she's wearing her NG outfit.

Looking at her friendly and playful demeanor when she talks with Nene or Yoshitsune. A shame we don't see this side of her more often in the DOA games.

The creator already mentioned that Kasumi would never fit in the Ninja Gaiden universe due to her personality, Ayane was the better pick for this

Huh? o_o Ayane is the one who always confronts Kasumi whenever she wants to talk to him. Kasumi never approaches her, she's forced to fight her because of the way Ayane is. But I agree, Ayane's clothes are better.

@NoorPerry As long as DoA 5 comes out on PS3, I'll be happy to give it a go since I don't have a 360. We'll soon know if the rumors of a DoA 5 are true. Until then, we'll have to stick with DoA 3DS.
