TF2 Crafting 3 Refined Metal. Worth it?.

My second crafting in 2 and a half year. First crafting i crafted Hero's Tail i think?. for Scout. And i gave it to a friend for free. Because i don't care about hats.

+Lorenzo Rainer Detran That is actually incorrect, there are hats priced at 1 ref, not even just that, people sell some hats for cheaper than their set value (commonly they sell for cheaper)
