If there was war between a militarized Japan and South Korea, it wouldn't be Japan on the defensive. And Japan's maritime tradition and technological advances likely give it the edge in any immediate conflict. Not to mention, Japan's breakout time to a nuclear weapon is probably less than three months. Maybe even weeks, in a pinch. So, how it God's name could South Korea do it?
