Picked mine up last week. Put a Hogue Tammer grip on it. I shot 3 boxes of shells before my hand started to hurt enough to stop. I shot some 00 buck and slugs too. The high brass I would not say is painfull, but for sure "very uncomfortable" to shoot. Not something you will be shooting a bunch of for sure. I had some 3" shells but not the balls for it yet.
