I'm wondering how do you turbo charge the processor? I am thinking of getting this laptop but I have never done anything like that before and want to get the most out of the computer. Is there a software in the laptop? is it in the bios? is it on by default?

+Andre Younan Turbo-Charging should be handled by the processor itself, being turned on when a heavy load is detected, and then it's throttled back down to baseline when the extra horsepower is no longer needed.

well, I'm no expert in this area, so if you need it for programming, Adobe programs etc, then you could get an i5, or better yet, an i7 laptop. :)

+GEX its okay i guess. if you need this laptop just for browsing facebook/instagram/twitter, watching some cute cat vids on youtube, or just checking your email, the processor in this laptop is more than enough. this laptop is good for playing low graphics games too.
