Should of been a little clearer, I mean when champions lane switch. For example, she moves to mid instead and then it's impossible to get cs

He probably doesn't have Smartcast on that particular spell and just uses shift when he doesn't want to aim :)

If she needs more movement speed, should you build a PD and Statik Shiv? Maybe use a Phage? Um... Furor upgrade? Alacrity? Would any of these help? I mean, I guess you have to pick one Zeal item.

+DoubleEdgeCat Oh attack speed is what I meant. Idk why I kept saying movement speed. PD gives you like 1% less ms but it gives you 10% more attack speed lol my b. Also I just checked with dbl pd and ie you get 90% crit chance. Way better than the extra 1% movement speed.

+DoubleEdgeCat More crit more movement speed. You can go either way it doesn't really matter a whole lot, but PD just gives you a little more of the stats for what you're going for. The only real upside to shiv is the extra magic damage every once in a while. PD has more crit more ms and I think with IE and two pd's if you're not running any crit runes you will be at like 75% crit? I could be wrong but its somewhere in that ballpark

+DoubleEdgeCat She doesn't really need movement speed. You can always get alacrity boots and double pd but its not really necessary, if you can land her zap you can run down pretty much anyone.
