Dude, what is this music playing? It's tantalizing. And amazing deck btw.

+Emiester1130 The music is taken directly from various Yu-Gi-Oh! DS games.

Is it realy needed to put all this Synchros 3x in the Extra Deck? Is it not better to put them 2x in it and some stables like Castel, Cowboy...

+Da Jo (DJ JD) I really need to put this in the description. :/The decks I make that surround an archetype only consist of cards related to that archetype if I can. The only exception is for spells and traps for the most part, and decks where the winning condition does not involve card(s) of a specific archetype. Should you copy this deck entirely? No. None of my decks should be copied directly as is. You can add and remove any cards you want. You do not need to play this exact deck. :P

oh come on thats not fair to show the deck with the absolute perfect 1st hand (kayest +element+equipspell+a vylon) how are you supposed to get an idea on how good it is
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-nBTTvOfaYeM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAC0/qB7ZaZ9V7aY/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Frost Burn Well, that is what makes this deck work. It actually is consistent, more times than not. Why do you think I do not have other spells/traps beside one searcher and the Vylons? In this video, you can see that I do not have the requirements from time to time, and as such, you can see what I do to get them. But I know what you are saying. But this reason alone is why there is such a thing called a “meta game”. Only certain decks has the opportunity to search out all their cards, sad as it is.

+Anthony Maresh Totally agree, be nice if we got shown a situation where the hand aint perfect. Really wish the vylon had a bit more searchability. Alas. (Also Omega is so pretty its unreal)

I saw ya play Prism, is it reqired to have Prism to pull off thos combos?
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-nBTTvOfaYeM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAC0/qB7ZaZ9V7aY/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Fairfield Game Club No. I use different decklists in some of these duels than what is posted in the description. The one in the description is the one I felt was just right. All you really need for this setup is:#1a: A level 4 Warrior-Type & a level 3 Vylon Tuner#1b: A level 4 Vylon non-tuner#2a: Rod of Silence - Kay'est & two other Vylon Equip Spells#2b: Rod of Silence - Kay'est, one Vylon Equip Spell & Vylon Element#3: Watch the video again. :P

+Ronald Utley Number 32: Shark Drake. He requires 3 level 4 monsters and sits at 2800 attack. When he destroys something by battle, you can detach a material from him to special summon the destroyed monster back to your opponent's side of the field in attack position, and if you do, it loses 1000 attack and shark drake can attack again. He allows you to put a hefty amount of damage on board to end games quickly.

+Jeremiah Lee The last Xyz was Number 32: Shark Drake. He's a triple overlay with 2800 attack, and he can detach a material to special summon a monster he destroys by battle back to the opponents side of the field and have it lose 1000 attack.

Hi Moose, As a mathematician and part-time troll, I have always adored the Vylon deck, partly because of the beautiful artworks and symbolism of greek letters and mathematical symbols, partly because of just how the archetype plays. Anyway, I loved your video, I don't know how long you have played Vylons for, so forgive me if this seems patronising, it is not meant to be, I have some suggestions as a fellow Vy-o-lonist (made that up myself lol). First, though I respect that it is all preference, I would swap "Sirius" for "Metaphys Horus" (this is just because I like preventing effects more than atks and is not necessary). This is the same with Lv5's, depending on my opponent, I might switch "Catastor" for "Armades" or "Samsara, Dragon of Rebirth". Other Lv6 options I might use in the side are "Vulcan the Divine" and "Goyo Guardian" For Lv7's, I am so-so on the idea of 2 "Sigma", I haven't found the need for 2 personally, but I replace it with "Moonlight Rose Dragon" or "Clear Wing Synchro Dragon" as a solid Plan B in case I do. Also - though I like your idea - I would swap "Wyvern" with one of the before mentioned, whichever is unused, or 2 of 1 for that matter. In regard to "Vylon Epsilon", it seems to be "love-it/hate-it" card for most people. I used to run him but found that whenever I could go into him I could almost always make "Omega" instead. I have since been testing "Stardust Spark Dragon" instead, with good results. In addition to providing more protection for "Omega" - "Spark" also prevents destruction by battle, and doesn't need to tribute itself to activate. (Alternatively, you could use "Crimson Blader" for stun) ON TO THE XYZ!! ...Sorry this comment is redonkulously long... :) Although I agree that "Zenmaines" is a great defensive Rk3 (and btw I love your choice of 1 defensive and 1 offensive monster from each class, very strategic), I STRONGLY RECOMMEND replacing it with "Mechquipped Angineer", because where "Zenmaines" only protects itself (granted with the bonus of card popping), "Angineer" can protect any card (like "Omega"), and allows for them to be in ATK mode without risking much, where as "Zenmaines" works best in DEF. Because of the option for ATK-ing, I suggest removing "Leviathan" (will explain in a bit) For Rk4's, I don't think "Utopia" is a viable "defence" (no offence :P), and would recommend "Number 101" instead, as it has built-in destruction prevention, as well as stealing a monster. "Maestroke" is a great offensive Rk4, and I have always used it, but I have recently been trying out "Paladynamo" as an alternative. So far, it is working great, it voids effects and atk, and even comes with a "Draw 1" if it's killed! For the 3 material Rk4's, I like "Disigma" and "Shark Drake", but have swapped them for "Planatellarknight Ptolemaios" so that I can go into "Cyber Dragon Nova". This is where the vacant spot that "Leviathan" filled is used. I trade him for "Cyber Dragon Infinity", which I can overlay on "Nova" for some extra, EXTRA effect negation (this is especially useful with backrow that gets past "Omega") Finally, less a suggestion as a tip. I am still testing, but "Genex Neutron" can search for "Sphere", "Tetra" AND "Cube", and is a Lv4 so helps make Lv7 Synchros. O.K.... Jeez that was long. I am SO SORRY for the length of my comment, but I really liked your video and wanted to contribute in any way I could. Obviously what I have said isn't GUARANTEED BEST CHOICE MUST USE!, and I encourage you to not just trust my advice, but test it yourself. Hope I helped! - fR

+FrameRage Wow, thanks for the comment! It's awesome to have such an in depth analysis of the deck, so thanks a lot for that. For level 6's, I prefer Sirius just because he seems less situational than Horus in some ways. (For instance, if I go first and open with a Thrasher and Tetra, but am not capable of starting the Omega pain train, negating an effect doesn't help me too much.) That being said, I totally understand the preference. Goyo is certainly a strong alternative to Sirius, though. Vulcan I think suffers from the same problem that Horus does, where his effect can be useful, but isn't necessarily, and the deck just doesn't make 6's enough for me to want to risk them being dead or clear room for them in the extra deck. For level 5's, I'll give Samsare a try for sure. I like the idea of possibly summoning it before having all of the combo pieces and potentially using it to grab back the tuner or non tuner and go off again. I personally prefer Catastor over Armades, but I definitely see where it would be more consistent to run Armades instead. For 7's, I generally find I go into Sigma twice more frequently than I go into Delta even once, but I think I can probably put it down to one. Clear Wing is Certainly a good option, and I'll probably run that in place of Sigma number two. Stardust Spark Dragon does seem like a good level 8, and I may run it in place of regular stardust dragon considering I have little to no backrow I need to protect. (It's hard to let go of stardust's destruction effect, though.) Although I like Epsilon, I do see the value of Crimson Blader or possibly Scrap Dragon, so I need to experiment more with those to see which produces the best results. On to the Xyz! :PAngineer seems like a really strong Xyz in this deck, considering spare cubes could potentially be used to make it. Thanks a ton for the suggestion. (It is worth noting that Tetra of course grants some destruction protection, but it can never hurt to play it safe with Omega.) I rarely go into leviathan, so I really have no qualm with dropping it.For Rank 4's, Utopia was more of a placeholder in the deck until I picked up my 101, to be perfectly honest. I managed to trade for one yesterday, and I'm planning on giving that a shot. Paladynamo seems like it could be strong for getting around troublesome OTK stopping cards, so thanks for the suggestion. I'm also considering Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer for his removal effect. In the triple overlay department, I worry that including Ptolemaeus with Nova would take up too much space in the deck, and it hardly seems worth it considering Cyber Infinity isn't released in the TCG. That being said, it still seems really nice, so I'd probably work it in if Infinity ever becomes legal here in the US.I'm thinking about including Genex Neutron, probably with a Forbidden Lance or two. (It could help neutron stay on the field for a turn while potentially saving Omega from Bottomless Trap Hole.) I think it could help consistency a bit, though I'm not certain what I would drop for it. (Probably some of the Vylon non-tuners. I'm thinking about maybe dropping those 4 for two neutron, a third rod, and maybe a Forbidden Lance, Wiretap, or Trap Stun.)Thanks again for the comment. You have some really awesome ideas, and I plan to incorporate some of them in the deck. It's obvious that you spent a fair amount of time typing that comment. I wish my fellow Vy-o-lonist good luck with their deck. May Solemn Warning never be set, may your prism's always be in the decks where they're supposed to be, and may Cube always grace your hand with its presence. =)

The deck isn't inconstancy ? You have nothing to add in hand vylon cube the main tuner? That's not too much risky to play only two vylon element & magic spell which allow the loop ?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-wBrX1KvqQFw/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAD4/58ExzbE4zfI/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Duelist Genesis Hey, thanks for commenting. While there isn't any way to add the cube to the hand, Shining Angel can be used to put it straight on the field. It's also worth noting that cube isn't 100% necessary for the loop, it's just the easiest way to pull it off. A Vylon Prism + Photon Thrasher with one extra equip spell accomplishes the same thing. As far as Element and Rod go, I like them at two because they have a tendency to clog in the hand. (Especially the Element) Both are searchable, and it's generally best not to draw into the spell itself. That being said, I don't think running three of either (especially Rod) would be a bad choice. The deck is as consistent as I could find to make it currently, though I do believe I could fix it up. (I want to experiment with upstart goblin for consistency, though I'm afraid that removes the ability of the deck to effectively FTK, which it can do so long as the opponent has 8000 or less life points.) In the end, it's not that consistent, but it wins the vast majority of the duels that it does go off.

I tried a Vylon deck once many months ago but couldn't really figure it out. Is it just a hard deck to master in general?

+Ex - Blanc Whoa...so in a way it's like Noble Knights on crack?
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-9oUPOGTt6_w/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAADz0/RwN1RyKXTxI/photo.jpg?sz=64
+VirtueCelica94 Nope.Simple: clear the way as much as you can and just synchro something strong and use Mage Power to up attack even at times you can even win with a single tuner the only weak point of this deck is that is slow compared to others but you could easily get a Vylon synchro that cant be destroyed once, targeted, anti- traps when attacks and with 4000 or 5000 atk.
