i have a problem with my home hub 5 I'm new to bt and was with plus-net , my problem is that i can't use spotify connect or plea media server, its driving me insane, how do i get this to work... its not allowing any remote connect apps to work with each other. thanks

+EwanWilsonGB its cool man, i rang them it connected me to someone in india and didn't know what spotify or plea was I'm gonna try reset my hub see if that helps

+Hassan Waris I'm afraid to say that I have no idea how to troubleshoot out of that (sorry :/ ), but you can always phone up BT or show it to an IT guru to get it sorted. Hope this helps : )

Great video. Used your instructions and seemed to set up all correct BUT when attempting to print the document status on the printer says 'spooling' for a minute and then after a minute or so status then says 'Printer busy or error'. I dont think the printer is busy as its ready light is on, must be an error, but what is that error?

I have a spare home hub 3 and I tried this in my bedroom so I could print stuff from my laptop downstairs but it wouldn't work
