Yea latency is a major issue for many, myself included. I play on ps3 with a mediocre internet, so for me I'm actually surprised that I don't experience more latency than I do. As for Garuda, whenever she resets to go back to the tank, make sure you are nowhere in front of her or you're getting slipstreamed. The healers need to spam aoe heals when she brings out her first set of clones or everyone will get DESTROYED by all of the aoe damage that goes on there. And kill the green line first.

Haven't passed Garuda HM yet (some people just have no clue how to follow a rinse and repeat pattern -.-). Have to agree with this comment, looks simple enough with a good party (don't even bother to DF this). As an EU player, I'm only worried about the latency (Landslide is notoriously difficult, if not based on sheer luck to dodge). I can see multiple occasions here where an EU player would have got thrown out by Landslide. Many of the bombs would have hit an EU player as well. :/

Pretty sure i used to play with mister happy in 1.0 and he was in the first 5 to make it to top level on server.i was 5th and he was 3rd i think.The top 5 to reach top were all in the group happy was in.Led by vicious one.He never cheated in any way we all just put insane time into our hobbies and were very skilled.not many mister happies around so im guessing he is same guy.i quit after the flopped endgame and lost contact with them all.

It's not that the UI is bad, necessarily. It's that the poster's decisions of where to place window elements and sizing is pretty horrible. There is very little space to actually see what's going on, just a small strip in the middle. Everything else is occluded by buttons, health bars, a HUGE combat window(????) and unnecessarily large (imo) chat window. Yeah, I couldn't play like this. At all.

I have a question. How is this harder then normal mode? I havn't done hardmode yet but it seem easier because you have 8 people. All at lv 50. All know what to do since they played normal mode. The boss do the same stuff and he have the same attack rate. To me, it just seem so much easier. Is this true?

All honesty this is a tutorial video for this fight, there's really nothing special. Simply put: If the dps isn't geared enough then you won't have enough damage to kill the heart in time and everyone dies. And if the healers can't keep up with the turmults then you wipe. And that's pretty much it.

No, it's not a testament to their DD's. Group I go with doesn't even LB the heart, and thats with 4 DD's, unless you consider our off tank just having massive DPS. Nice job sucking up though, but 3 heals it not most efficient lol. Come back when you kill titan normal

Whats awful about it? I play wow and I cant really see how there standard UI is any better .. I use elv ui anyway but still thats addons not the standard in game UI..for as far as standard ui's go it looks like most every standard to me

By the time a new player unlocks this fight, they'll have had an opportunity to get most of the gear a legacy player had a chance at before ARR. Even now, the hardcore new players are getting a lot of that gear.

Shame that you don't need legacy gear to do it. Some DL + AK and Ifrit bow should be more than enough. 3200 hp minimum. It's a retard check more than anything, though.
