Don't get bothred, there are always dump retards ,it's true ,I have looked for characters on disc and game files, there was non, even if we mange to rip characters, the game will not launch ,game system file need to updated as well to recognise the new characters. We have to wait the offical update, then we can rip it. I got bored of game already so I don't care much. people insted of thumbs down try to rip them by yer own , don't hate others cuz they didn't do what ya can't do. It's not easy.

Seriously? I make a video with a fact saying that you can't unlock DLC characters on the PC version of this game, and people thumb's down and get mad at me for it? Everyone seemed pretty friendly when I showed how to unlock the characters on the 360 version... Everyone seems upset because I'm telling them they can't do something. It's not like I was the one that coded the game, you all asked for months on end if it could be done on PC, and I took my time out to make this video to inform. Damn.

It just contradicts what you're about. The majority of Xbox 360 owners think that because they own the console they can do whatever they want to it. They can't. The DMCA says so. Of course, the courts are and will be fighting over the whole digital rights thing for years to come but the truth is that anything you do that circumvents digital media protection breaks the law. And you are against piracy, I'm not trying to be an ashole here, I'm just saying, it contradicts what you're about.

Yes, I'm against piracy because I believe if the devs deserve money for their hard work, they deserve it. I already said I showed the "hack" because it was completely unfair what Capcom did. And having a JTAG means nothing related to that. Example: I bought Silent Hill HD this year, but ripped it to have a backup as to not ruin my original copy, and then copied it over to my JTAG hard drive so I could play a modded version of it.

first link is for DLC chars , Third link is for Ver2013 , second link is for Const.lua But the problem is , I a not responsible if capcom took down the links , they even warned SRK.COM cause they posted this link . I'll check it when i get home and if doesnt work I'll have to upload the files myself.

No , they removed it in Version 2013 cause it was getting difficult for Players to pay attention to the lifebar sometimes. They also changed the Color of the recoverable damage from yellow to red cause it's easily visible.

No cause these aren't officially released for the PC , But you might be able to play online even if both players have installed the Ver2013 and DLC characters.

I was editing the data of Street Fighter x Tekken to see what was there, and found data fragments of what was supposed to be "pacman" and "megaman" on the PC version with their names "excluded" but same area as if was on the 360. Not to mention a odd data fragment of Dan. But not enough to see anything really. Just a fragment. Thanks for uploading the video and such. And on TTT2, since they gave it away free, that is no where the same as Capcom, other than "server download/upload" count for them

If someone does that and you find out who, please upload a video of it. =) Though, I don't think there will be a way to make them "appear" on the character select screen "normally" under any circumstance. Possibly with a model slot duplication, "data dupe" with the altered animations, models, rig, ect. Back porting animations from the 360 to the PC, will not be easy. =\ Very time consuming. Models should be no problem.

Going back to the Street Fighter 2 series on the SNES/Sega systems... capcom has been ripping people off. At least there are people who know, now a days. I remember having to use a game genie just to prove that M.Bison/Balrog was playable in the old SF2 while others paid for the "newer version of the game. Example-Turbo, Champion, etc. At least Namco didn't do that crap. "For what I know of"....
