Getting rid of the blacks with the strongest character and leadership of their peers and replacing them with passive and submissive blacks may not appear to be racist, but it's exactly how the hell whites ran their plantations. Open your eyes to what's really going because if anybody is poison on that damn team, it would be Riley Cooper who uttered nigger towards a black man. What he uttered was a reflection of how he truly views blacks and yet he is no problem in a locker filled with majority black players? Lol sure. A new player has no choice but to shutup and go along with the program until he is established which is why the whole bringing in black players argument is idiotic. It's hard to dictate athletes that you have to pay isn't it? Chip strategically got rid of all of the proven leadership and players with strong character because Chip likes his blacks a certain way and wants to be the only outspoken leader of the team. Just like a lot of White coaches do in sports. The problem is if you are gonna be selective, be selective and fair to all. You can't kick off your star players and keep a Riley Cooper. Don't forget he booted Trent Cole, an established leader of the defense which made no damn sense either. So is it about character or what is it about? Word is that many players feel that way, and it isn't just Mccoy.

I think Murray is better back fast Running Backs are only fast they need to be able to break tackles and do a lot more and McCoy is just a fancy runner. I hear what you saying about punk ass Cooper not sure why he would play in NFL with 80% African American running the NFL. I think the Hernandez effect has really scared owners and managers scared it was too much. 3 murders the players are turning into monsters because of all the steroids and drugs.

+chickenwityamz In plantations, slaves didn't get paid nor did they want to be there. In NFL, you get paid and you want to be there. You wanna stay, you have to do things that makes you valuable. As for Riley cooper, Kaepernick said 'nig--', as well. Why the fucking aren't you jumping up and down and demand that racist be gone, too?
