Thank you for your great video. I can remember my Grandmother making drinks from them and we have been eating them for about two years now after managing to grow some from seeds. I was not sure about using them raw in a smoothie without putting hot water over them first because of the sting, but your video as answered that for me. I also dry them and use them all year round for nettle tea. It is such an amazing herb that people see as a pest. They don`t realize that it has more goodness in it than veggies you buy from the shop. Thank you once again for the great Video.
