(01/08/2012) Maxis Home Fibre Internet sucks~! I'm facing connection difficulties at least once a week. Have to call in to get it restored. Was just on the phone for over an hour and they tell me they can't do anything. Will send over technician over the weekend, TODAY IS ONLY WEDNESDAY~! And it is not even confirmed~! Lodged reports every time I called and they told me they don't see no such reports~! If Maxis isn't up to the standard, don't promise/do things which is out of your capability~!

Repeating the same answer to the user, And keep on say working on it.. But until now.. Almost 2week and it is havent done..

Yeah. Everyone playing on garena servers or any server on StarHub will experience latency issue with maxis. If you use tracert, u will find that Maxis routes over to Hong Kong before finally connecting with StarHub. Why they do this is beyond all hope of answering. It's probably some sort of agreement they have with StarHub but it is really frustrating that some of the staff even try to hide this fact from the players.

It's been more than a year and the network is never stable. The latest issue being problems loading HD clips.

+Avaisme Thanks. Maxis has improved so much since end of last year. I would believe they have upgraded their infrastructure and not merely leasing from TMnet.
