Well, anyone who followed the Patriots can tell you that he played well and made plays when called upon all year. He's just a rookie who is overshadowed by a depth of talent at the DB position (he showed good ball skills and coverage as a slot corner until Browner came off suspension leaving him in 3rd string). He doesn't get much playtime otherwise, unless it is a specific game scheme where he matches up well. While this might be the most amazing play of his career it doesn't negate his potential success. He has shown great instincts and ball skills: with Belichick's skill of molding young DBs, and the mentorship of the players around him, he cant go wrong (unless he's like Aaron Hernandez).

Actually, he made several good plays and did well the entire game. Unfortunately, his interception will be looked at (and eclipse) his entire game. He has a good career ahead of him if he has strong focus.

To be fair sterling has been good for Dallas
