Unfortunate for the driver who wasn't doing anything when the idiot in his car starts shooting at cops. Why the fuck did he allow that dude in his car with a rifle? Who is the brain surgeon third unit who rolls up in front of the shooting in the line of fire? First day?

The 2nd floor is a major loss, not sure what Doctor resides there, the object out the window was some sort of adjustable table. Talking to the tenant... said recent electrical work was being done. I did talk to the investigators and a function later the same night.. but didnt say what the cause was.

it was a electrical my friends father is a fire fighter he said that was the problem. i drove pass it before the fire started didnt notice nothing unusual.
