so if Im more or less right, the man died pretty soon due to massive loss of blood, since the hearttissue was weakened by necrosis caused by an infarction, did he?

素晴らしい。私のExtended Sandwich Patchをよく理解され確実に実践されています。また、非常にきれいにビデオで撮影されており感銘を受けます。使用されている針糸はProleneではなくエチボンドかタイクロンなどの縒り糸に見えますが、何ですか。この手術のポイントは、マージンから大きく外に針をかけるところでよくできています。posterior typeこそがこの方法の真骨頂だと思います。是非続けてください。ご連絡いただき嬉しく思います。
