In France we can find bulgour at health food stores but we usually use cous cous to make this salad. I wonder if you don't mean cumin rather than cinnamon.

Supposed to have Mainly parsley and a bit of wheat. Tabuli that is made primarly of wheat and less parsley is more americanized if you ask me.

The adjective you were looking for for the tomatoes is ripeness... green= unripe, red=ripe. (it's also a verb) :) love your videos!
