Hey, this vid sold me on one. I cant wait for spring to try it out. If you dont mind me asking, what are the settings you are running for kill time and sensitivity? Thanks!

+jerowee hey man i have the same bike what is your killtime and sens ?

+Clint Bowman I run a Bazzaz Z-Fi QS on mine, awesome and durable system that allows individual gear adjustments. By far the best upgrade I've ever done to my bike. Been running it nearly every day for over 3 years now and still works flawlessly. It really all depends on what kind of riding you're doing and what your main use for the motorcycle is that will determine the best kill times. I personally use mine for commuting (usually between 5-9k RPM) so the cut times are going to be slightly shorter than if you're pounding the gears at the track where you'll want a slight increase to your cut times to compensate for the much larger difference in RPM and don't damage your transmission from the gears slamming together cause the bike is still trying to match revs. You can set it yourself fairly easy if you have a good feel for the changes. Basically, you want the most balanced cut time without the bike lurching too much (cut too long so bike is sitting without power) or gears banging/incomplete shifts (cut too short to achieve full change). These are, of course, my personal settings on a 2005 CBR600RR from my own trial and error. Use only as a guideline, no two bikes and riders are the same!Racetrack settings in ( ) with changes ranging from 12-14k RPM1st - 2nd 80ms (90)2nd - 3rd 70ms (75)3rd - 4th 55ms (60)4th - 5th 40ms (50)5th - 6th 30ms (40)Remember, the quickshifter is not shifting for you, it is only cutting the power at the coils to unload transmission to allow you to shift before power load returns. There is no clutch used so you need to give the bike enough time to match revs and fully engage next gear with the least amount of banging, slip or grinding as possible.

Sorry it has been a while. If I recall, mine only had 3 modes and I left mine on 'medium'. Have fun!

I have an 07 600rr and am looking to invest in a quickshifter! What was the price for yours and what all did you have to have to install it?
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-CkzB6aw0MaA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAA4/unnJJL1erwg/photo.jpg?sz=64
$300. Instructions included.. It's pretty straightforward install: //annitoriqs.com/producthome.php?make=1&model=89&year=13

+jerowee Is that how you set it up or is that just how it is with the QS? cuz that would drive me insane lol

Yup, it's reverse shift (gp shift)

What did you use for a stand? Just one on the rear swing arm? Bad day if it fell off.

01clsacura please tell me where i can find those kick ass fairings
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
They are OEM fairings that I had vinyl wrapped.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
sweet! I never noticed mine backfire 2005 600rr Were you shifting near redline? got a full exhaust or just slip on?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Kevin Lieu Oh man, I watched your video before I installed mine. Lol. I should say thanks for the help!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+01clsacura I went pretty close to red line on the stands. but no flames haha. i just have a slip on though. That's probably why.Checkout my vid
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
That was about half way to red line. I didn't want to go to hard with just being on the rear stand and all. I have a full Yoshi on the bike right now. When I had the bike tuned my buddy said it was shooting fire while on the dyno, but this video was the first I've seen it. Pretty cool! Lol.
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-vRnsdjVpz34/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAEc/_GJ_7o75XFM/photo.jpg?sz=64
Could you test it at low revs and tell me how it works? For city use max 50km/h.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
Those were fairly low revs as I did not want to go all out on just a rear stand. I will do some more testing once I can get out and do some city riding. I'll post another video soon!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-C7DpHvU25PA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAADE/72bpj98amyQ/photo.jpg?sz=64
I test rode it already and love it! Will get one for my 05 636 Ninja and can't wait for a dry sunny day to have a blast!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Gabor Hegedus Thanks! Yes, it is a vinyl wrap done by vivid wraps out of Cincinnati ohio.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-C7DpHvU25PA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAADE/72bpj98amyQ/photo.jpg?sz=64
+01clsacura Yeah, freakin cold here too... BTW I like your bike's design. Is it a vinyl wrap?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
I'm jealous! I can't wait to fully experience it. Im stuck trying to decide if I want to do GP shift too. Everyone that has it says when I do it I won't ever want to go back. Winter is too long!
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-o9tUpWmSYJk/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAADQ/aFTm0AHvVqk/photo.jpg?sz=64
Have you changed the kill times?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-o9tUpWmSYJk/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAADQ/aFTm0AHvVqk/photo.jpg?sz=64
+01clsacura cheers for the reply, I just need to install mine dont seem to find the time haha
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
Not yet, as I have not actually ridden it.  It is a balmy 4 degrees here right now.  Once it starts to warm up I will be able to get it out and try to get some more video too.  From what I have seen, the default settings are pretty good out of the box though.
