1. You must be an adult

FSAVED contains and links to adult (18+) material. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that it is lawful for you to access sexually explicit content where you live.

2. Acceptable use

FSAVED may be used only to save content that is publicly accessible and that you have the right to download. You must respect the terms of service of each source platform and the rights and consent of the people appearing in any content. You must not use FSAVED to access or distribute private, paywalled, stolen, or non-consensual material, or any content that is illegal where you are.

3. No illegal content

Any attempt to use FSAVED in connection with child sexual abuse material or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities. See our takedown process.

4. The service is provided "as is"

FSAVED is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every site or video can be processed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for how you use content you download.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
