Is it just as safe to put gel liner on your water line as it is a pencil? When I was younger I put liquid liner on my waterline and I blinked and the whites of my eyes were black and I freaked out.

You should put just a little bit, and use a good, long lasting gel.. Wouldn't recommant it if you have sensitive eyes though!

i find it is weird how you covered the majority of your face with the concealer which is lighter than your skin . then you said you don't need a lot of foundation cz the concealer did the coverage . normally the fondation should do the coverage and the concealer is used to lighten your under eyes..
