i always but my uniform on then do hair and makeup but i wear a sweater because it is super hard to get the top on with a poof

Is red lipstick a must have in cheer or something??? Because every cheer video I watch every girl puts on red lipstick lol I just need to know because next school year i'm cheering :)

+kylie wolfe thanks for the advice because I don't have any really good tumbling, but I am doing cheer at Jennifer's School of Dance and Cheernastics this year so hopefully by the end of the spring recital I have some good tumbling

+Debra Stanfield At my school the coaches require that as well. even if you don't have the best tumbling, or tumbling at all, you need to atleast give it your all. Do a cartwheel. Do something. (:

+Debra Stanfield Do not be embarassed. Believe in yourself. Have confidence. You will do great! Confidence is very important in cheer. Trust me i bet other girls or guys feel the same way as you do. Just give it your all and smile! Do facials! Even if you mess up (which might not happen) still smile and keep your confidence up. Coaches like to see a girl who is confident and tries her best even if they mess up. Have a good attitude as well. And last but not least, have fun. You will do great! Good luck!
