God will take you back because he never left, and if people are trying to bring you back take it, and have them to pray for you. Don't feel like you are alone i backslided but now I'm back because God and Jesus never left i did.

Just  for an update: my life just started spiraling out of control, and I started doing things I never thought I'd do otherwise.Now it looks like God is using people to bring me back, but I'm hesitant to go back for fear what will happen.

When I rebel what snaps me out of it is thinking about what I would be gaining staying close to my father compared to whatever it is I want to hold on to. The only way to have a true peace of mind is to keep it on God. I hope I helped. Peace.

You need to get rid of your resentment and bitterness that is taking you out. Ask the Lord to heal this hurt and allow His love to come back into your heart. I pray for you my brother. Don't give up , the battle starts inside our heart. God can help you overcome , He has done it many times for me even today.
