Als nächstes fängst du wohl auch noch zum Jammern an dass wir Menschen den Tieren ihr Futter wegnehmen... weil wir ja Salat und Co auch essen... nur dass diese Pflanzen sich NICHT wehren können... und keiner zwingt dich das Video zu sehn... ess übrigens NICHT jeden Tag Fleisch (und du solltest dann auch nix essen bzw. trinken wo Milch, Käse, Eier und dergleichen drinnen sind... aber wahrscheinlich lebst du von Luft und Sonne)

Ich glaube du meinst Preiselbeeren... das ist eine Variante wie sie oft in Lokalen zu finden ist (jedoch nur bei Schwein und Pute)... in der österreichischen Küche ist jedoch die Zitrone der Standard zum originalen Wiener (vom Kalb) Es gibt auch eine Version mit Sardellenpaste (was aber meiner Meinung nach ned wirklich gut schmeckt)

@usertrt das war ca. 0,125l Milch... und für ein Ei ist das ausreichend... sonst wirds Ei etwas wenig (waren ja nicht nur die 3 Stück die ich da gebacken hab... aus den restlichen Bröseln und der Eiermilch machen wir immer kleine Bröselknödel bzw. Bröselnockerl als Suppeneinlage... da wird dann immer der Rest verarbeitet)

@MrMarjan8040 doesn't make much if you choose vegetable oil for frying the viennese cutlet... lard was the original version... the taste is not so different from oil on the finished product... I was asked to make the original recipie for a friend from canada... that's why I used the lard ;o) Myself I use vegetable oil :o)

standart ist mittlerweile zitrone mag ich selbst auch am liebsten dazu aber ganz original ist es jedoch mit preiselbeeren und einem sardellenringerl soweit ich weis!! richtig österreichisch, nichts falsch gemacht würd ich als echter wiener sofort essen!! ps: der trick mit den stäbchen zum abtropfen ist nett!!!

Hi thanks for watching... the cooking times.... Start on a low heat, fry the chicken each side for 2 min and then pop into a med oven for about 10 min, this may change in the thickness of the chicken ..I am building a blog site for all my recipes and will let you know when it is up and running please in the meantime let me know if you need anymore help I'm only to happy to answer any questions ...Happy cooking
