Is there a way to automatically take out 30 minutes for lunch if the employee works more than 6 hours in a day? For Example A1 is time in B1 is time out. C1 is =(B1-A1)*24 will give me the decimal for total hours worked. Is there a way to add to my C1 formula to automatically subtract 0.5 if C1 is equal or great than 6.0 hours? I really need this to be done in the same cell rather than adding another column.

I don't have a video on this, but if you build the two Amort tables and then subtract the interest, or use 2 IPMT functions and subtract the two, you could determine the difference.

BTW, it always depends on the contract - the vast majority of contracts do not allow for benefits to the borrower if you pay early...

In the last post I suggested the incorrect function. It is not IPMT, it would be: CUMIPMT.
